Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to the digital marketing marketplace operated by Veza White Label Agency ("Marketplace", "we", "us", "our"). This Policy outlines the circumstances under which Buyers may be eligible for a refund and the process for requesting a refund. By using our Marketplace, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Buyers may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Services: The Seller fails to deliver the agreed-upon Services within the specified deadline, as outlined in the Scope of Work, and no mutually agreed-upon extension has been granted.
  • Unsatisfactory Quality of Services: The delivered Services do not meet the quality standards or requirements specified in the Scope of Work, despite multiple revisions and attempts to address the Buyer's concerns.
  • Breach of Terms: The Seller has breached the Marketplace's Terms and Conditions or any terms outlined in the Scope of Work.

3. Exclusions

The following situations are not covered by our Refund Policy

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted if the Buyer simply changes their mind or decides they no longer require the Services.
  • Misunderstandings or Miscommunications: Refunds will not be granted for misunderstandings or miscommunications that could have been resolved through proper communication between the Buyer and the Seller.

4. Refund Process

Buyers seeking a refund must follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Contact the Seller: The Buyer should first attempt to resolve any issues directly with the Seller.
  2. Request a Refund: If the issue cannot be resolved directly with the Seller, the Buyer must submit a written refund request to the Marketplace, providing a detailed explanation of the issue and any supporting documentation.
  3. Marketplace Review: The Marketplace will review the refund request and may require additional information from both the Buyer and the Seller before making a decision. The decision of the Marketplace with respect to refund requests shall be final and binding.

5. Refund Amount

In the event that a refund is granted, the amount refunded will depend on the specific circumstances and the extent to which the Services have been performed. The Marketplace will determine the appropriate refund amount in its sole discretion, taking into account factors such as the work completed, the quality of the delivered Services, and the amount of the Transaction.

6. Refund Timeframe

Once a refund has been approved, the Marketplace will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the Transaction.

7. Amendments to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time, in our sole discretion, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Policy regularly for any changes. Your continued use of the Marketplace constitutes your acceptance of any modifications to the Policy.
